Bailey Ehrgott

Bailey Ehrgott is a dynamic jazz guitarist and composer whose playing fuses soulful groove, modern harmony, and improvisation. A PRS Guitars Pulse Artist and former Diversity Fellow with the U.S. Air Force Band’s Airmen of Note, she has performed internationally at the Jazz Point Ibiza Festival, New Orleans Jazz Museum, Jimmy Glass Jazz Bar, and The Low Down Jazz Club, as well as with the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Academy’s Afro-Caribbean Big Band led by Etienne Charles.
Known for her expressive phrasing and rhythmic depth, Bailey leads an organ trio exploring groove-driven interpretations of standards and original works. She has taught on faculty for Berklee College of Music and the University of North Texas, bringing her experience as a performer into the classroom. Based in Denton, Texas, she is also a Doctoral Teaching Fellow at the University of North Texas, where she directs the award-winning L-5 Jazz Guitar Ensemble and teaches jazz history, music technology, and jazz guitar to undergraduate students.
