Brief Bio
Frederick Nichelson is a Denton based bass player and producer. He is also founder/leader of Smooth Jazz/Soul band Fingerprints. Nichelson holds a BBA from UNT in Denton and has performed with artist Tom Braxton, Shelley Carrol, Martha Burks, Kyle Turner, Marion Meadows, Beau Willimas and many others. Nichelson has also served at Music Director for the Denton Black Film Festival for over 10 years. He is originally from Memphis and has produced over 20 recordings for various artists.
